Troye Sivan
An Internet Sensation
Troye Sivan was born on 5th June, 1995 in Johannseburg, South Africa.
He is the 3rd child in the Mellet Family, with Steele Mellet as the oldest brother, Sage Mellet as the 2nd and only sister and Tyde Mellet as the youngest Brother. Shaun Mellet is the Father while Laurelle Mellet is the Mother.

His family stayed in South Africa for the first two years of Troye's life, and decided to move to Perth in Australia due to the rise in criminal activities in Johannesburg.
The family stayed in Perth until now. This is the reason why Troye's accent is kind of a mixture between South African and Australian.

Troye is born Jewish. His father is as well born jewish while his mother converted to Judaism as she grew up.
He once said on his blog that his family is not really religious, but will still follow traditional Jewish practices like Shabbos dinners.
Troye Studied in Carmel School originally until year 2009.
This was the year when he started to recieve distance education (home-schooling) and stopped attending school because of his need for flexible time due to his rise in his career in singing and performing arts.
